Join some of your favorite local Manistee businesses and organizations for a frosty fiesta and immerse yourself in a wonderland of frosty fun, as we celebrate the season with an exciting lineup of activities, live entertainment, and, of course, the highlight of the event – the ultimate Chili Cookoff showdown!
